Who We Are
Dynamic Energy Solutions of Arizona began in 2015 and was founded on the idea that building owners and tenants who are focused on energy efficiency and sustainability should start with a strategic plan that begins with energy efficiency upgrades to lighting and mechanical systems and once achieved, that the building be powered primarily with an onsite renewable energy system that provides enough power to achieve net-zero emissions, where and when feasible.
What began as a consulting service to building owners, tenants, and contractors quickly grew into a group of partners that deliver on that promise. We believe that having a vision is one thing but realizing that vision takes working with highly experienced professionals that can put that dream into action and deliver results that last for years to come.
The founder and President of Dynamic Energy Solutions of Arizona, Scott Sherwood, is a pioneer in the energy efficient lighting world. His very first retrofit project was developed in 1996 with Honeywell. Today, Scott has developed hundreds of energy efficiency projects and now advises businesses on advanced technologies in lighting controls, energy management systems, software integrations, user and workplace experience apps, asset tracking as well as machine learning, digital twins and microgrids.
